For Clients

How do I get started with your team in finding a Urologist for my practice?

Fill out this form by entering your contact information and we will reach out to schedule a phone call with you and your team.

Do you offer permanent placement services?

No, we believe that one of the main reasons that we are so successful in finding and placing locums urologists is our laser-focus on recruiting and working with that specific type of doctor.

What are your fees?

We offer two different locums staffing models, standard and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) but they both operate on a flat rate fee basis. Rates can vary widely depending on factors such as job type, schedule, start date, and location. To get an estimate for your specific facility, get in touch with us.

What is included in your fees?

Our fees include physician pay, professional liability insurance, an internal credentialing process that includes a third party background check, one state license and/or CSR per assignment, payroll processing, patient compensation fund enrollment, and any other credentialing related costs aside from hospital application fees.

It does not include travel costs or hospital application fees.

Why do you only offer flat rate fees?

We feel that offering rates that incentivize hours worked can lead to an overbilling of hours and, as a result, an adversarial relationship between our urologists and clients. We also believe that in rare instances, hours-based rate structures can lead to delayed surgeries and delayed patient care.

Separately, we find that we have more success in recruiting quality urologists when we can give them a nice, round number to quantify how much money they can expect to make for taking a week or longer away from their practice/ family.

I’m not sure exactly what the best way to utilize a locums urologist in my practice would be, how can you help?

Many of our clients are first-time locums users or new to the urology space. In this instance, we will schedule a call with your team and our leadership team, which includes a practicing urologist and a highly-seasoned recruitment professional. They will guide you through the best practices and create a personalized staffing plan that’s in perfect alignment with your wants and needs.

Sometimes the answer is “you don’t need a locums urologist,” and our team will be upfront and tell you if that’s the case. Our company’s goal isn’t to make a quick buck- our goal is to make locums arrangements that are sustainable and make sense for everyone involved.
