We offer daily flat pay rates, not hourly. You receive a predictable set rate for each day worked, providing financial stability. We pay urologists more while simultaneously saving the hospital money.
Professional Liability Insurance
You will be covered under our group professional liability policy, renewed annually for ongoing protection — even if you stop working as a locum tenens provider. Limits of $1M per incident and $3M aggregate.
Credentialing & Licensing Costs
We cover the costs associated with licensing and credentialing, including verifications and shipping. Our established relationships with licensing boards and medical staff offices streamline the entire process for you.
Travel & Housing Coordination
Our in-house travel coordinators handle all aspects of your travel and housing arrangements, so you can focus entirely on patient care at each assignment.
