Ian M. Thompson III, MD, MBA
Ian Thompson III has called San Antonio home for most of his life. A third-generation urologist, he completed his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University and returned to San Antonio for medical school at UTHSCSA.
He completed his general surgery and urologic surgery training at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, then returned to complete a fellowship in urologic oncology at UTHSCSA, followed by a faculty position as Assistant Professor in Urologic Oncology.
During his time at UTHSCSA, he completed his MBA at UT San Antonio. Dr. Thompson then served as hospital CMO with Christus Health while opening his private practice, Texas Urology Group, PA.
Tammy D. Hager, MBA, FABC
Tammy Hager brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience across multi-specialty physician practices, hospital-based clinics, and health systems. She has a proven track record in practice operations and building recruitment teams, processes, and technology.
Tammy earned her MBA from Liberty University with an emphasis in healthcare management. She is a Fellow with the Advisory Board Company, a Fellow with the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment, and certified by the American Academy of Medical Management.
Prior roles include VP of Network Management at Signify Health, Executive Director at Surgical Affiliates Management Group, Executive Director at Mercy Health, and Executive Director at Carilion Clinic.
